Alert-Tech operator can assist in determining the help you need and contact them for you whether it is paramedics, fire department or your family or neighbor. If for some reason you cannot talk to the operator, the operator will dispatch the appropriate party to respond to your address.
Some Facts You Should Know:
- The Pendant is waterproof and you should wear it when you can for your protection.
- The Smartwave will operate from 8 to 20 hours on internal standby batteries if power fails. The batteries will automatically recharge when the power returns.
- The Smartwave can send “Check In” signals to the monitoring station periodically to verify that the phone and the Smartwave are working.
