How the Alarm Monitoring Works:

Your security system detects an event and automatically transmits a message to Alert-Tech's monitoring facility where highly skilled operators respond.

In most cases, an Alert-Tech operator will attempt to verify the condition by calling your home before contacting the appropriate authority. Why would they verify the alarm first? This prevents having the police, fire or emergency service come to your home unnecessarily. If it is a real emergency, the operator can summon the appropriate emergency personnel to your home to assist you.

Standard Landline Monitoring

Your alarm system is connected to Alert-Tech's monitoring facility via a landline. When the alarm is triggered, it uses your phone line to send a signal to our monitoring facility.

Wireless Security Monitoring

A wireless unit transmits emergency signals through cellular towers. You may use this unit as a backup to your landline to ensure communication with the monitoring station in case if the phone has been disconnected or cut. The unit is compatible with the majority of alarm systems and can be added to your system at any time.
